Amboi-amboi Cik Farina, sedapnya. I always use chicken broth instead of using wine but it won't be wine sauce anymore :). It still taste good tho..

One day, when I am not lazy to cook 2 dishes at one time, I will try this. Looks good, easy to make and I am sure it tastes good too.

Rita, is it easier to find seafood there? the last 2 times iv been to the asian stores, no prawns or squids or crabs are available. at all! didn check the clams section tho.

Farina ... I am not sure it is is easier or not but I haven't had difficulty buying seafood here except clams. Most suppliers carry mussels which I don't like.
